You never supported Trump did you? And are you not the same one who stated Trump reminded you of Obama?

Never said Trump reminds me of Obama. I was a Cruz supporter So I guess that makes me what ever you want to call me, but you will have to dig very deep to find something new that I haven’t already been called.

Yes, and your point, limiting the funds available 1.6b, and not mentioning military funds.

You are correct my apologizes for not remembering correctly.

I wished I had used another comparison, but I still stand by my words Trump is a Master of misdirect in his words.

You can as I said read that in his own books. Though many here love that trait in him I do not. I prefer a person to say what they mean and mean what they say. One reason I have no use for Q Anon and his coded messages.

For a “master of misdirect in his words”, as you say, he sures has kept most of his promises from the campaign trail.

Promises made...promises kept.

In almost every instance, where he has not, it’s due to either Congress or him rationally adjusting tactically, due to changing information.

But those instances are the outliers. I can’t remember a national politician doing so many things he said he would do.

The event at Waco violated the Posse act as their weapons were pointed towards US citizens inside of the US. Like many other Clinton crimes they have never been fully held to account for it.

Trump using the army to repel foreign invaders at the border in not analogous to Waco in either circumstance or in law.

I’m surprised that you appear to think it is.

Constructing a fence is not militarily repelling invaders.

Also, our aliens are actually infiltrators, not invaders.

Not buying it ...

1) It’s WaPo

2) This excerpt from story is clearly false, as if he cited National Defense objectives for building wall, then as CIC he needs nothing else to direct DOD funds to that project ... the below only applies to the $1.6 billion Congress specifically allocated for “fence” extension and repair. But with the $725B no allocated to the DOD under the Omnibus authorization bill (it’s not a “budget”) - Trump doesn’t need any of that $1.6B for the wall. This deep state “Pentagon official” being quoted is simply talking out of his ass to try to deter this funding strategy by making false claims about what Trump can and can’t do.

So here is the FAKE NEWS excerpt from your link:

“...It would be unlikely for the military to fund the wall, according to White House and Defense Department officials. The president has suggested to Defense Secretary Jim Mattis that his department could fund the construction instead of the Department of Homeland Security, two Trump advisers said.

The Pentagon has plenty of money, but reprogramming it for a wall would require votes in Congress that the president does not seem to have. Taking money from the current 2018 budget for the wall would require an act of Congress, said a senior Pentagon official.

To find the money in the 2019 defense budget, Trump would have to submit a budget amendment that would still require 60 votes in the Senate, the official said.”

This is the old wall being fixed up. I think people are expecting new sections of wall to be put up where none existed before.
