On balance the Republicans would appear to do ok in these states-— Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania.

In Florida and Texas the reapportionment process would likely hit Democrat districts the most. So even though Florida and Texas might have fewer Congressional seats, the majority of illegals may currently live in Democrat districts.
Obama and Clinton judges are probably writing their ‘cease and desist’ orders now. But with two years to go, Trump will have time to take the case through the Supreme Court prior to the 2020 census.
