The only legal question allowed is ‚how many adults who have the right to vote live full time in this household ?“

NO...there should be TWO questions...because the CENSUS is used to determine the number of House of Representatives members from each state. Illegal immigrants who answer the ONE question would be counted and that would skew actual citizen representation.
