Rashon Nelson initially brushed it off when the Starbucks manager told him he couldn't use the restroom because he wasn't a paying customer.
He thought nothing of it when he and his business partner, Donte Robinson, were approached at their table and were asked if they needed help. The 23-year-old entrepreneurs declined, explaining they were just waiting for a business meeting.

I’m sure the whole story is they were obnoxious and arrogant....the whole story is the manager was doing her job, which is to keep the business moving along, which you can’t do when two non customers are taking up valuable space...
A lot of businesses do not let you use the rest room if you are not a paying customer. Is this now a gold mine?

But if they had done all that they now wouldn’t be in line to use Starbucks as a piñata.
I think they’re race hustlers. I’d like to know more about their background.

When did Starbucks, McDonalds, Wendy’s, etc. become peoples’ personal business offices? Try going to a sit down restaurant with waiters and tell them you don’t want to order anything, and you just want to take up space for a business meeting. See how that works out for you.
Most people have no idea of the relationship of selling product to keeping the doors open. If neither party to the business meeting has a real office, then go to a park and sit on a bench. Of course, then you wouldn’t have air conditioning, tables to lay out your plans, wi-fi and a bathroom ... which all cost money to provide.
So would Andrew Jaffe the local businessman who set up the meeting, but unfortunately he didn't get the chance.

Starbucks is going to be forced to accept the African Business Model. People mill about for no reason waiting for an opportunity to prey on potential customers until the business closes. This is why Africa has been such an industrial powerhouse for the past 200 years.
These guys just want to be modern day versions of Rosa Parks.
