I think it's a problem with the perspective of the photo. President Trump has his right index finger raised and extended. The FLOTUS has her left index finger raised and extended. It looks like President Macron has both hands raised with the index finger of each extended.

Because of the angles, it looks like two fingers raised on each hand ...

I think everyone should wear shoes they are comfortable in... wearing. Melania and Bridgett obviously feel good in these shoes which would be torture to most of us! LOL glad to see the close up of the shoes before it is pulled. silver heels it looks like?

Im at library and using wifi to catch up on some of the YouTube videos.. can’t have sound but seeing the ceremonial arrival, the lunch hosted by VP Pence, ladies visit to museum.. and a few others.
