Problems in the Black community won’t be resolved until the FAMILY is restored. Marriage, two-parent households led by a STRONG father figure.
In order to do that they need jobs. In order to get jobs they need training. The most useful thing they could do is set up apprenticeship jobs. Plumbers, carpenters, iron workers, welders make good livings. Not all will take advantage of it, but those who do actually have a chance at the American dream.....a home and family and maybe a business of their own.
Well, those things won't happen until welfare is gutted and killed. Kanye is wasting his time and money by attacking only the branches of the problem, but leaving the welfare roots untouched.
