Confidants of Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., told the White House that President Trump won’t be invited to the ailing senator’s funeral, according to a new report.
Plans for McCain’s funeral, according to the New York Times, include an invite for Vice President Mike Pence, but not the president. The service will be held at Washington’s National Cathedral.

No, it tells you that Mc Cain thought this would make the slight of POTUS more pointed. Twist the knife, John, but you are still a loser.
The “hero” statement may not have been in good taste but like so many of POTUS statements it exposes a truth. Being captured doesn’t make you a hero. Your service makes you a hero. McCain sang under pressure and this would nullify his “hero” status to many. POTUS was too kind to make this point directly so he shone some light in a dark corner to make us think.
Why did McCain refuse to allow any search for the missing military in Vietnam, why did he always block legislation that would benefit servicemen & women? What was he hiding? How could he turn his back on his comrades? Hero?
If one has to “invite” guests to their funeral, the corpse must not have had any REAL friends.
Just sayin’...
Where will he be buried? Arlington? Arizona?

McCain’s hatred of Trump is a reality that I guess he will take to his grave unless he reconsiders.
I wouldn’t want to meet my maker with that anger and bitterness riding me. McCain continues to take the low road and marinade in his sense of wrongs done to him.

John McCain dying with such hate and anger in his Soul is not good for an entrance into Heaven. So each of us will have to decided where his Soul actually goes..He had committed many Sins, for sure. as all of us have...but you can not enter Heaven with all that HATE...My opinion and I’ll stick with it.
It would be difficult for Trump to put on an act of mourning the loss of such a dishonorable man.
My problem is I’m a visual guy like you probably are, and I’m still chuckling at the thought, up to the point where my daughter looked at me funny and asked”Dad, what are you laughing at?” ...”Oh, nothing, Honey.” heh, heh, heh.
IMO nobody from the administration should attend, and as CiC he should order the military not to render any honors. Hell he doesn’t even deserve to have flags flown at half-staff.
