Scott and perhaps former aide, now Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Cal) all harcore communist sympathizers, plus others from the past such as Rep. Bella Abzug (D-NY) who was most likely as Soviet asset (IADL, NLG).
The same goes for some Marxist clergy from WOLA and EPICA as well as those involved in the fraudulent Christic Institute/La Penca bombing cases.
The best case would be of the late Tom Hayden and Jane Fonda, plus Bob Greenblatt and his Paris crew, meetings with the communists in Paris.

Since no one is going to enforce the Logan Act....I’d suggest that the GOP tactic is to go ahead and start legislation to delete it from existence. It’s a fraud that it exists on paper and no one wants to enforce it. So dump it.
Or, the President should appoint one single special prosecutor whose only function is to enforce the Logan Act and bring people into a federal court on a regular basis.
