Did President Trump know something?
Almost five years ago, Mr. Trump tweeted that Eric Schneiderman, then the new New York attorney general, was “worse than” two well-known Democratic sex criminals.
On Monday night, Mr. Schneiderman was the object of the latest #MeToo bombshell. The New Yorker reported in a lengthy feature about four women — two named, two unnamed — accusing Mr. Schneiderman of slapping and choking them in intimate situations without consent and with threatening them with surveillance and death if they talked.
Within hours of the article’s publication, Mr. Schneiderman resigned.
Mr. Trump compared Mr. Schneiderman in a 2013 tweet to Anthony Weiner and Eliot Spitzer, both New York Democrats with national political ambitions brought down by sex charges — respectively, sexting with a minor and purchase of prostitutes.
“Weiner is gone, Spitzer is gone - next will be lightweight A.G. Eric Schneiderman. Is he a crook? Wait and see, worse than Spitzer or Weiner,” Mr. Trump tweeted.

If President Trump had lived in the 19th century in the old west, he would had become a legendary sheriff.
Now I expect Trump to be called out for being silent on this for 4+ years.
I am curious if Schneiderman has a connection to NXIVM.

Maybe not this but I have already heard comparisons with PDJT as a “sexual predator.” Will CNN spend more time in the next three days on Schneiderman or on the Access Hollywood tapes? I predict the latter, of course not describing what was said accurately.
This “pound me too” thing is fascinating.
Trump was a very wealthy man, and highly connected, particularly in NY. He saw what was going on, not only with society, but the economy and politics as well
Is he ever wrong? The Trump curse hits another richly deserving liberal piece of crap. This scumbag bragged that he was going to be the one who took down Trump. Maybe now he can partner with Client # 9 Spitzer and make a law firm specializing in “bring down Trump.”
The Press wasn't watching what the left hand was doing.
Schneiderman was the hot AG who was going to put Cohen in jail and make sure Trump couldn't pardon him.
Looks like Snerdy will have to go to Plan B.

Trump wasn’t silent...he tweeted that warning for all that cared to listen. That means the press.
That the press did no investigate journalism of Mr. Schneiderman during these years damns only the press.
Now, what press ties has Mr. Schneiderman had? Who in the press is he related to, in financial association with or otherwise entangled? Hmm?
This is actually a big deal. The fact that one of these “wait and see” things actually proved to be “dead on balls accurate” (It’s an industry term)
