U.S. Sen. John McCain is feeling better as he recovers from cancer treatment and surgery in Arizona, according to family members and friends.
Arizona's junior U.S. senator, Jeff Flake, told Fox News on Friday that he spoke with McCain by phone that morning, and said his 81-year-old colleague was “doing better” than he had been recently.
In April, McCain underwent surgery for an intestinal infection.
Flake did not go into detail, but he smiled and spoke in a tone of voice that suggested he was pleased or relieved to offer the positive update.

That may not be a good sign as suggested. Years ago I had a good friend whose wife treated him terribly and eventually was in the hospital with a terminal illness. They were both pretty old. She continued treating him badly. Then one day she changed and was sweet and loving for two days. Then she died. The nurse said that change before death is not unusual. Just saying......
That’s for sure. I am unfortunately very familiar with Glioblastoma. Lost my beloved niece, my dear cousins husband, and a good friend for 25 years. They all died within 14 to 20 months of diagnosis. I am familiar with two other people, not first hand, but one died within six months another did live about two years. Not knowing what his treatment is but as I recall every intrusion into the brain for treatment, (resection of the fast growing tumor, chemo wafer implantation, biopsies, etc) All leave a deficit to the brain.

That’s true. I saw that in my Dad. The cancer still took him about the same time the doctors said it would. Cancer is an ugly, implacable killer.

Yes, McCain is strapped in the saddle for the last ride.
Generally when people are facing death, and if they have a moment to reflect, there is usually a sense of reconciliation, a sort of letting go. But McCain will have none of that. He is evil and hateful to the core, and hellbent on leaving as much damage as he can before he checks out.
The most frightening thought was posited by another Freeper who suggested that he is being kept alive until June 1st so that the Governor will appoint Meghan or Cindy to fill out his term. Either one would be a supercharged John McCain nightmare with the added horror of being fueled by female hormones.
He just needs to make it to June 1st.
Claiming that McStain is doing better means he probably won't make it to dawn.
There are rumors from good sources that he is not sick at all, only trying to avoid prison.
If you look at his travel he has only been to the hospital like twice.
This is like a horror movie where the fiend never dies.
