The IG report was sent for review by Principals today, so it will likely hit the public fan right after Memorial Day.
Two potential bombs could go off under Mueller - Rosenstein could be implicated in misconduct, or the original basis of the Investigation (Steele Dossier and FISA warrants) could be undermined.
If there are such bombshells in the report, word will start spreading among the insiders tomorrow. Some likely already know.
Within days of publication, IG Horowitz should be testifying to Congress on TV, and we will all know.
