My daughter had a massive brain aneurysm about 3 weeks ago. When we were in the ER, the dr said it would be a miracle if she survived. Well, people are praying all over this country. She was moved to a rehab center in a nearby town. Her friend from Southern Mexico flew up to be with her. Now, that is being a good friend. The three of us went over there this afternoon. She still has a very long road of recovery ahead. Please pray for her and us. God bless.

Oh, Mama....I am so sorry, but SO very thankful that she DID survive and that is an answered prayer miracle.
I will keep her in my prayers, for continued and complete healing.

She is 52. Her friend lives near the Guatamalan border so she knows how to cook real Mexican food. She made enchiladas tonight. Sooo good! My daughter met her when they lived in Seattle years ago. We have a small company and I had been telling her to slow down and take a few long weekend trips but who listens. Her daddy was the same way. It is devastating to see her like this. She is on a ventilator but they are trying to wean her off that. She really has a long recovery road. God bless.

So sorry to hear about your daughter. Sweet that her friend has traveled to be with her during her recovery time. That really is telling about their friendship. May God continue to shine his face down on your daughter and give her peace and continued strength to heal.

How wonderful, all these Birthday greetings. Old ladies like that, lol.
Last of company just left and then a neighbor stopped by with some lovely jellies.
Other neighbor told me he is going to have a bumper crop of peaches and apples this year and he had to remind me that he is 20 years older than me, he is 91, too cute.
Been such a beautiful day.
