You are probably not far off. The CEO was the head of Taco Bell until he took the job with Chipolte earlier this year. Guess where Taco Bell HQ is located? Irvine, which is next to Newport Beach.

More likely Balboa! My dad’s cousin had a place there with his yacht parked out back. Balboa and Newport Beach are definitely “white enclaves” in Orange County
