“That’s right. Trump does not need to spend his political capital on declassifying documents himself.”

Yeah, Congress should be denied its Constitutional right of oversight, and the American people denied their right to know if the Intelligence agencies planned a Coup, well, because he would lose “Political Capital”.

Yes, Trump needs that capital for MAGA items. The slow trickle of revelations is adequate for getting to the bottom of the FBI spying this summer (late summer). At that point most of the details will be out without Trump being accused of outing a clandestine agent. Of course they are already accusing him of "helping" reveal a confidential informant, but that is a fake charge.

The main reason I am correct is that Trump has known about all of this stuff for at least a year. Probably found out some after the election and more after inauguration and more from Nunes. He chose to repeat some juicy bits publicly through twitter without havng to declassify anything himself. It shows this is a campaign for hearts and minds, not a civil war against a rather entrenched deep state backed by leftist judges, etc. He can win hearts and minds and that's what I trust him to do as things get slowly revealed.

I had no claim to smartness, but perhaps the argument would be that trump would be interfering with n ongoing investigation and so thereby obstructing justice (endangering lives of unercover entities etc).

Clearly, the nation is being run by the Secret Police. If this stands, we are over.

I think it is high time that we Patriots start organizing a plan to invade Washington to graphically express our sentiments of this corrupt and dysfunctional horror show.

Then the President should fire the head of any Agency not doing their job, period.
