Local channel 9 had interview with the lady who was shot. Said the guy was outside under a couple of trees. Her and her two daughters age 13 and 11.... and a friend of the 13 year old were going in the restaurant when he began shooting at them and at the windows. SHe said it sounded like pop rocks going off around their feet. She pushed kids in the restaurant and the friend ran around outside to the other side. She and two daughters went into a bathroom and there were three other women in there. 13 year old Daughter said "mom, I've been shot." Lady gave up her sweater and they began holding pressure on the wound. Turns out daughter was shot in abdomen and is still in critical condition. Mom was just grazed. Friend was shot in arm and sholder. Broke her arm. She will be okay.

Lady said she turned around and saw white guy in white t-shirt. Looking at his gun like maybe it was empty and he was reloading, or had jammed. This was as she was entering.

Apparently the armed citizen was also outside and saw this transpire. He shot and killed the perp.
