There ARE people in California who deserve to be saved from the Leftist politicians!
I saw this earlier. Nice to see this happening in the PRC.
Wow. What a nice story. I guess there is some hope for the country after all.
Fire the people who chose to not include the anthem.
You are what we hope we raised...Christians who love their Faith and their country.

Like Rush says all the time, America is NOT the place the lsm would have you believe.
That fact was made clear in 2016 and will be confirmed in the mid-terms.
I love Americans!

I eagerly await liberal denunciations of this event, claiming child abuse or some other nonsensical reason.
Yes. We often forget that. It's like the story of Lot—Sodom and Gomorrah.
Good story.
Amen and amen.
Isn't it interesting that only liberals get the ink....there are Americans who live in CA but still believe in our National Anthem, our U.S. Constitution, and America.
Let's take a good look at the surname here. Looks like there are not a lot of native or naturalized citizens who look favorably upon the diminution of our national traditions. I am enthusiastic that the voice of those who actually support a pro American stance resulted in the outcome of the last election. God Bless America.
Good to hear this out of CA.
I haven’t been to a HS football game here in 7 years but at the time the band was still playing Amazing Grace before games as well.

The liberals will say that the singing of the anthem is insulting to any “undocumented” immigrants who might be present. After all, if you’re gonna sing the Star Spangled Banner, shouldn’t you be singing the Himno Nacional Mexicano too?
Bump
Good one. Thanks for the laugh.
Event coordinator Bob Kayajanian of the Central Section said it was a mistake on his part.
“The national protocol is the first game of the session you have the national anthem,” he said. “The games after that are just played. We got caught (off-guard). Both the teams turned to face the field and they all started singing the national anthem. They started to play some music and the people took that as the national anthem and they all started singing, which I think is obviously a wonderful thing to show off their patriotism.
“We try to follow with what normally gets done. Its all a learning experience for everyone and (going forward) were playing the national anthem at every game.”
So the first game each day starts with the anthem, and each time they swap to the next team, it was without the anthem. That's been fixed for next year with the anthem before each game. Love it when people recognize their mistakes and move forward.
Something nobody has really talked about. With the number of illegals in this country compared to legal immigrants, it's a strong possibility that 50% of the people with Hispanic surnames in this country are here illegally. So anybody with that kind of name and an accent is immediately considered a suspect. Not really fair to the actual immigrants who came here the correct way, or native-borns whose parents/grandparents came here legally.
