Yes, because that would mean that the Fat Yenta and the Wise Latrina, would be there all alone to rep the Liberals (7-2). At least for awhile, because the Wise Latrina has a serious problem with Type I Diabetes, so she may not get to run out her 30 year tour of duty. She has already had to take time off from the Court to deal with it. SO BO’s “legacy” at the SCOTUS is likely to go Poof too!

I hope he also gets to replace a lot of lower level federal judges. Like maybe the entire 9th Circus court. There are lower level wacko judges all over the country who have made (not interpreted) laws from their little cuckoo courts for the past 40 years, completely reshaping the law to their lala land ideals ( lgbt bathrooms etc and on and on...)

DO, the SCOTUS is likely to be Trump’s most lasting contribution to the return to sanity in this country. I just wished that McScrotumneck was having to run this year. But I guess if we get some needed change in the Senate, maybe there’s a chance that B!tch will go. All of these “resignations” by RINOs is just proof positive about where their hearts really were. So much to say, they are finding that being in the Congress “is no longer any fun!” Now, if only Gov. Ducey does the right thing with McCain’s seat, and we get good trump-supporting replacements for Flake, Corker, Wicker, etc.
