I agree with you about the political response to the abuse of power by the Special Counsel Mueller. Folks are getting sick and tired of it, bored to death, and now see Donald Trump as a victim of discrimination.
The liberal/socialist news media is also looking foolish, dishonest and frankly, like spoiled brats.
One other observation - the silly news last week about Roseanne Barr and her racist tweet about Valerie Jarret vs Samantha Bee’s vulgar and misogynistic comments about Ivanka Trump’s picture ]with her baby boy Theodore] - harms liberals a great deal.
All decent people will react negatively to the news media making excuses for such vile language. It is crude and disgusting and the stupid media make excuses for it. Roseanne Barr’s comment had racial overtones, but was obviously silly in its content. Sam Bee’s comment illustrates that she has no problem using vile language to demean another woman who is holding her child. Reducing Ivanka to her genitals is not funny at all, but repulsive.
Liberal news commentators have no sense of how normal people view them and their tunnel vision about liberal politicians = good; conservative politicians = bad.
