The "executive summary" was written to protect the institutions and that's where the media are getting ALL of their headlines. However, the internal body, the investigative report inside, is entirely contradictory to the summary. The facts are DEVASTATING.

I skimmed through the FBI response to the IG report, starting on page 533. Looks like the solution is training the employees. So that will most likely be what Wray will be talking about. Maybe Strzoc might have some trouble.
Following the response are copies of a couple of emails sent to only 4 people by McCabe, and one name is redacted. Interesting.

In my wildest dreams, at the 5:30 FBI news conference, Director Wray will have Peter Strzok hauled off in handcuffs. It's more likely that they would haul the I.G. away in retaliation for spilling the beans on the FBI and their criminal acts.
This report is a condemnation of Wray, Sessions and others who have had acess to this information for a long time and done nothing about it.
If they were interested in cleaning up the dirt and bringing the seditionists and criminals to justice they didn't need the I.G. report to do it.
They are all Deep-Staters protecting each other and their corrupt system.

Under the IG Act Of 1978.....if none of the benefits and money was reported the Inspector General and ALL involved are in big DO DO.
Not providing that information between April 30 and October 31 of each year in a semiannual report ..(Sec 5. Semiannual reports; transmittal to Congress; availability to public; immediate report on serious or flagrant problems.)...its under the AUDIT area.
I'm not good at reading law..but this part they didn't do.

Looks like the solution is training the employees. If people at that level need remedial training to point out that it is wrong to abuse their position and power
to further their personal or political agendas they don't belong in the FBI or DOJ.
They probably all have law degrees - they aren't kids too young to know rules and conventions or right and wrong.
The knew what they were (are) doing is wrong and don't care.
Remedial training in this case will be a foolish waste of time and money.
Time in prison is what they need.
