The backflipping FBI agent who accidentally shot a man in the leg at a Denver bar earlier this month was arrested Tuesday and faces charges of second-degree assault, according to Denver Sheriff Department records.
A spokesman for the Denver District Attorneys office told HuffPost 29-year-old Chase Bishop turned himself in Tuesday morning. Bishop could face additional charges based on the results of a pending blood alcohol content analysis.
We are filing this charge now rather than waiting until the BAC report is received, which we understand could take another week, because sufficient evidence has been presented to file it, Denver District Attorney Beth McCann said in an emailed statement. If an additional charge needs to be filed after further evidence is received, we can file those charges then.

Good.
Immature person who is clearly not fit to be in law enforcement let alone own a firearm.
He`ll most likely lose his job and do jail time.
What a jagoff
He should be on the Russia investigation. Well qualified, indeed.
Good.
Mueller?... Mueller?...
Did it discharge when it went flying or when he grabbed it?

The Restaurant Has a Bar. Can I Carry? ColoradoIn Colorado, you can go into a bar with a firearm concealed so long as theres not signage that specifically prohibits it, or youre told by somebody that works there that no guns are allowed. Once youre inside the bar, if you consume any alcohol, you run the risk of committing a crime by possessing a firearm while youre intoxicated. Now, you might think, well if I have one beer, or one shot, or whatever it might be, Im not intoxicated because Im not a .08, or Im not a .05. Youd be mistaken because youre right now thinking about the legal standard for driving, not the legal standard for possessing a firearm. There is no actual per se or statutory legal standard, so its a totally subjective standard, i.e. it is up to the police officer on whether or not you are intoxicated. So, if youre using bad judgment and youve got some alcohol on your breath, I can promise you the police officer is going to say youre intoxicated, and youre going to be facing a criminal charge for doing something you really shouldnt be doing in the first place.
SHOULD have been done the day AFTER this happened!!

“Damn! Now I’m charged with assault. F**K!
And not ONE person has given me a complement on my amazing backflip! Do you think that was easy? At my height? They had to have seen it. It’s still on YouTube.
Zero. NOBODY’s talking about it. The gun. The gun. Always more chatter about the gun. Go figure.
Looks like my career has done a backflip too.
That, people WILL be talking about. Guaranteed!”
