This is typical Republican pick. Either Bush could have picked him. At worse court is status quo, at best it tilts further right. The next vacancy, either Thomas, Buzzie or Breyer gets replaced by far more conservative judge.

You fools lose Alabama and then tell Trump to pick the most right wing person he can find. I don’t have enough info but at the same time Trump doesn’t have much help in the Senate and the red States who put in Democrats are largely to blame.

I think you are correct. After reading most of the comments on this post it sounds to me like he is a centrist and could go left on some decisions. The only thing that seems good to me is; he is not a hillary or Obum pick. i guess he is 60% conservative and 40% liberal. It could be better but it could have been worse, much worse. We will have to hope the next pick is more conservative.
