Reading the linked article, there is something fishy about the guy who is criticizing Kavanaugh’’s investigation into Ken Foster’s death in Fort Marcy Park:

Rodriguez went back to the U.S. attorney’s office in Sacramento, where, following a gender identity change, he is today serving the public and continuing to fight crime.

I like many others believe, and have believed for years, that the Foster death was not a suicide. But this guy (or now gal) Rodriguez may have been such a pain in the butt back then that he was ignored and his conclusions dismissed.

I wonder if all this will be brought up during the confirmation hearings, not by the Dems who want it to remain covered up, but by some Republicans who want to hear Kavanaugh’s explanation.
