There is a recent YouTube video by Mark Dice showing that some are saying that even using an image or GIF/meme of a black person humorously reacting to something, in a text or other posting, is the equivalent of using “blackface.”

We live in one giant re-education camp. Courtesy of the leftard media.

"“Colonel Sanders called blacks n-----s,” Schnatter reportedly said on the call, adding the Sanders didn’t face outcry for his statements."

"It was a different time, you see..."

He used it in a quote. Was the quote accurate or not?

Is it right for an article to lie about what was said?

Do you agree it’s not a racial slur?

Do you actually have a point other than to argue in circles like a good little troll?

I just ordered papa john’s pizza last night. Didn’t know this story at the time though.

Look at “her” posting history. She’s just here to stir the sh*t stick.

Well, he’s White. He QUOTED someone with the “n-word.” Doesn’t matter. The left relishes the thought of destroying the career of a White. They will force him to resign, over nothing.
Last I heard, rap groups yelled the “n-word” about a million times in the past week.

I think you are correct. Whenever someone is accused of racists comments, it is a mistake to bring up other people who have said worse. In a way, it validates the original accusations about the person's statements as they are trying to cover up the seriousness of them.

no doubt there are double standards, but other people should bring for the hypocrisy, not the person being accused.

NOW I get it. This is not about the “racial slur” that they are saying he SAID (not quoted.)

It’s about the NFL national anthem. He criticized the NFL. He was forced to resign as CEO, but they weren’t finished with him. They got him to quit, but now saw an opportunity to whip him into complete submission, even as he bowed down in contrition, begging forgiveness.

They won’t be satisfied even after their thirst for blood is sated. They will continue to seek him out and destroy any chance he might have had to recover.

This is what happens in the USA, that some people foolishly call a “free country.”

Was this an everyday occurrence in Indiana?

I call BS on his claims. The dragging of James Byrd got national attention for the barbarity of the act as well as it's rarity. Emmett Till was remembered for it's barbarity as well as it's rarity.

There were lynching in the early Twentieth century Indiana but not one dragging death, much less multiple dragging deaths as Schnatter claims.

I read “Tom Sawyer” and “Huckleberry Finn” to my son when he was VERY little. Maybe 5 years old or something. I used the word nigger when it came up first. Then I explained to him that it was a normal word back then, but today it is a “bad” word - and we don’t use that kind of language. I told him that I would substitute it with “black man” or similar.

Later on as he was a little older (12?) he had read where folks were talking about removing those books from the library because they had the word nigger in them.

“Did they even read the book? Tom is friend’s with Jim - and helps him escape slavery!! How is that racist?”

Wasn’t George Carlin a leftist himself who despised his own country?

Now who are the fascists. Geez. Language police everywhere. I am sure I have used the word, nigger, in such a context as giving an example as to what was considered proper at one time. The whole world is one bloody snowflake.

Read Agatha Christie. She clearly didn’t think much of “niggers” and uses it as a slur quite often. She’s dead so Why TF should I care - her books are still genius. She was a big bigoted yes, so is my grandpa. They had/have a right to be so.

Unless you are a hip-hop artist, I would not recommend using the N-Word in any shape or form during a business meeting..

Using a word in a non-offensive manner isn’t a racial slur.

You don’t get to dictate thought control - much as your ego thinks you can.

Again, I never said it was used in a way that was a slur.

My view is that I would not recommend using that word in any context in a business meeting and that the marketing company had a right to end their relationship with Papa Johns.

If it is found that someone from the marketing company or from Papa Johns leaked the story, their employer has the right to fire them, and they have the right to keep them on board.
