an honest DOJ and on the ball president would have indicted the guy when the texts and e-mails came out. The content of these is clear evidence of bias and prejudging investigations.

“grossly negligent,” a term that carries legal liability under the Espionage Act, to “extremely careless.”

While, I don't see a difference. I think the Espionage Act needs to be amended.

“How do these people ever write memoirs?”

They all go to ‘memory retrieval’ hypnotists..

It's funny, but that question, about the change in the Clinton statement, is the money question - and it's the precise one he ‘doesn't recall’ the information for. He can remember ‘smelling the Trump supporters’ at Walmart, but not changing the wording on a critically important document involving an investigation of the Democrat candidate for the Presidency. Interesting..

The “I can’t recall” defense is one that everyone should “remember”.

It was set-up to honor the creation of “Kabuki theater”.

Very Clintonesque. Deny it in such a way as to be very narrow but sound very broad.

I think he’s telling us that he used a different computer to make the change. Maybe Page’s?

I may have changed it from “GUITY!” to “INNOCENT!”, but I don’t recall.

Do they have that power? I’m thinking they’d need a judge to order that. Going to be pretty hard finding a conservative judge in D.C.

Iirc the metadata was the evidence of the change. Maybe it was on a shared file in anshared drive?

But i dont see how a classified document could ever be regarded as secure on a shared drive so that imho seems unlikely.

Big difference. The FBI questioned Libby and Flynn, and apparently they’re all powerful, and that little bitty constitutional thing about congressional oversight is just a joke made up by the Founding Fathers, for the enjoyment of future democrats and other traitors.

He was demoted to HR. Why does he get to keep his top secret clearance, anyway?

That very day I knew he’d never recover and the closet thing he’d ever have to his legacy was losing the House.

My realization was when Clinton, post-Monica, corralled all the DNC cash for his own re-election, leaving many who supported him during impeachment high and dry in their own election battles.

People don't forget disloyalty like that– not the people being screwed, and not those watching. I believe that's also where the seeds of leftist hatred of Hillary were sown...
