Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) is saying that more members of the Republican Party need to be willing to stand up to President Trump.
“It’s been pretty lonely out here," Kasich told The Guardian in an interview published on Friday, alluding to how he is one of the few members of the GOP to consistently criticize the president.
“Not that I mind walking a lonely road, I’ve done it most of my career, but always would be good if you had more people who are willing to stand up and say that’s the wrong direction,” Kasich added.

The outsider already won and the uniparty candidate in your scenario is going up against the nationalist outsider.
Kasich is toast and if he runs as an independent he will carry even fewer votes in the election than the Libertarians will with their candidate.
So far as I know, God has provided America one last chance with Trump (not that he has to be a saint—just politics).
Without him, even in the midterms or 2020, we could face powerful socialists in a surge that would take away our chance to effectively vote a conservative in again due to vote fraud and millions and millions of illegals voting themselves the treasury.
Also the cost of the millions of illegals (free apts.,houses,free surgery,medical plans, welfare) would cause unrest and then insurrection as taxpayers become ruined in the destabilization . The end of America.
For that total azzhole Kasich to think he’s a hero for defying Trump is absurd. He is a traitor.
Dem-Socialists could end the FCC allowing talk radio, get Google to allow only pro-socialist searches,an our websites and forums as hate speech,enable all non-citizens to vote, allow white males to be branded as white supremacists who are toxic, take guns from all private citizens, and much more.
