MORE than 100 passengers have reportedly been struck down with a mystery illness on an Emirates flight, with reports of coughing and high fevers.
Flight 203 from Dubai was heading to New York when 100 of the 500 passengers became ill, NBC New York reported.

hmmm I missed that bit of news... Of course a “Mecca Flu outbreak” woukd be an excellent cover story to “Trojan Horse” a batch of bio-weapon infected people into New York City...

But if it is fevers and cough it is not food poisoning like they claim.
A bad case of food poisoning can cause a time warp where you begin to throw up food you have yet to eat but it does not cause a cough.
Years ago, an airline allowed a woman board who was already sick.....
....she sat next to my husband ( on a business trip) and proceeded to vomit the entire flight!!!!!!!
He wasn’t given an opportunity to move ( perhaps they were full, I don’t know)

Yep — blame the homebound hajjis. Mecca is a hotbed for epidemics during hajj.
Food poisoning does not cause cough and high fever. On the other hand if it is food poisoning and you have 100 people running violently from both ends with 4 little airplane toilets....
Sounds quite possible.
Seems like quarantining all passengers for an additional 12 hours might have been a good idea....

A bigger concern would be an outbreak of MERS I can’t believe they are not placing everyone in quarantine until they know what they are dealing with
