I don’t know if you are trying to be obtuse or if you’ve had your head in the sand for the last 50 years (or really could go back 100 years or so). Judicial tyranny is already here from what the leftist culture has brought to the table.
The fact where you don’t recognize this makes me wonder if you are being obtuse or ignorant of what is really going on with our country. While Constitutionalists understand the co-equal branches of government, the left culture has given the perception of the judicial branch as the final arbiter.
So when it comes to the Supreme Court and Jeff Sessions it’s more for the optics of what Americans perceive today but it doesn’t hurt to have their backing in this matter as well.

Each branch has enumerated powers under the Constitution and they’re not equal. It seems a lot of people on the so called right have bought into the notion that the judicial branch is the final arbiter on all things regarding the Constitution. It’s not.

Sure they can. The DOJ has been carrying out a coup against the duly elected President of the United States. My guess is that they’ll stall until Mueller drops his impeachment report and then it won’t matter anymore.

I doubt that. Sessions is the alleged Attorney General for Christ’s sake. Things would really grind to a halt if every move by the executive or the legislature had to be run by SCROTUS for approval before any action was taken.

The Jeff Sessions unrecusal is most likely for optics, for how the culture perceives these things, but there is nothing wrong with having the Supreme Court’s backing as well.
A lot of what the Q movement is about is restoring our Constitutional Republic. With your head so entrenched in the sand, I can understand why you don’t get that either.
