Could be a trans. I definitely saw a man when I looked beyond her hair. Wouldn’t be surprised if she has a large adam’s apple. Her neck looked rather old for her age.
That's exactly what I thought when I first saw that image. Explains the artificial little-girl voice imo. I'm convinced this person is NOT who we are expected to believe she is. Too much of her past is missing.
