Christine Braley Ford is already pushing for removal of the one-week time limit senators agreed to Friday on a new FBI investigation of her allegation that Judge Brett Kavanaugh sexually molested her 36 years ago at a high school party.
Ford “welcomes this step in the process,” her attorney, Debra Katz, said in a statement. Katz added that Ford “no artificial limits as to time or scope should be imposed on this investigation.”
If Ford refuses to change her position, it could blow up an informal deal worked out between Republicans and Democrats on the Senate Committee on the Judiciary that allowed the Kavanaugh nomination to go forward while also allowing further investigation by the FBI of his background.
The only purpose this serves is to torture Kavenough more. A clean report from the FBI will not change 1 damn leftists vote. They worship power and control above all else, nothing else matters.
Ford doesn’t control the FBI. POTUS controls the FBI.
And POTUS just ordered the FBI to do a check on the allegations limited to one-week.
If Ford wants more time, she’ll have to take it up with POTUS.

This FBI check is going to be over soon and the Senate Members are going to vote so quick because they are sick of this crap.

If I were a FBI agent, and got a call on a Saturday to report into work and expect to work this query...I’d be sitting there and laughing. The chief of the query will write up forty names on some whiteboard and you will partner up with some guy to take on two of the supposed witnesses as your part of the query.
First, neither person may be around this week (off on some vacation), and if they are available...they might just say it in a blunt way....Ford was a heavy drinker and maybe they had some action with her, but they don’t remember much. You get twenty questions and answers, and go back to the office to type this up. Maybe you get an additional name or two from this interview. You meet more folks, who mostly don’t remember the period.
In the end, you and the forty-odd FBI agents sit down and write a summary of the interviews, with no presumed guilt or innocence to the summary (that’s not your job). Altogether, it’s 900 pages generated. Now the Senators and their staffs....get all upset because they can’t possibly read 900 pages, and no one wrote the one guilt or innocent into the summary. So they demand six weeks to read the summary. President Trump will probably have to agree to seven additional days, but the Democrats basically have to hire someone to read the summary for them, and then produce a summary of the summary (twenty pages). Feinstein will complain that this is still too much, and some idiot will have to write a summary of the summary of the summary...just for her.
You come to the end of this with three basic facts. (1) No one remembers anything of Ford’s brief encounter with Kavanaugh. (2) A heck of a lot of people in their teens seemed to be drinking excessively and some to the extent of blacking out. (3) The law of Maryland in 1982 came up and the FBI discovered that Ford description of assault and attempted rape...even if it did occur (which they can’t establish as a fact)...by Maryland law of 1982, it’s a misdemeanor and it had to be reported within 12 months.
The FBI will agree that they could have spent an entire year on this query, but facts in a 36-year old episode like this? It can be written on a 3x5 inch index card.
The investigation is already finished
Even if everything Ford said is 100% true there is no there, there.
On the other hand, there is a lot of really damaging facts that can really hurt her.
What kind of lawyer invites an FBI investigation on his client under these circumstances
WHERE'S THE PROOF THAT KAVANAUGH EVER DID EVEN 1/10th. OF WHAT HE HAS BEEN ACCUSED TO HAVE DONE, BY FORD?
Is the FBI going to "turn" at least one of those named, by Ford, as being there and witnessing what she has claimed, when she has almost NO details at all ? And should one of them get "turned", then they WILL go to jail for originally lying in their deposition! It's a lose lose deal!

1) Ford has NO idea HOW she got there. 2) Ford does NOT know whose house it was,nor the address. 3) Ford has changed the number of who and the sex of those she has mentioned were there. 4) Ford has NO idea how she got home. 5) Ford LIED, numerous times, to the Senators, about being able to hear/not hearing what was going on when she was in the bathroom. 6) Kavanaugh, Judge, P.J. and her BFF Leland have ALL claimed that there was NO such party, no such event happened to Ford, and Leland has also claimed that she NEVER knew/met Kavanaugh; let alone that she was EVER at a party with him! 7) Ford claimed that she doesn't know WHEN this party took place; however, that 6 to 8 weeks later, she ran into Judge at the Safeway, where he was working and that she said "HI" to him as though NOTHING has EVER happened to her.
There's far more, but what I want to know, from YOU, is just HOW do you imagine, with the complete lack of details and other pertinent info, the FBI is going to find something, ANYTHING, that would prove your belief that Ford's allegations are "wrong" ?
The stupid cave, to have yet another FBI investigation of Kavanaugh, and this supposed incide3nt, was damned dead wrong!

As he considered his course of action, Flake also had a conversation with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who is in charge of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation...
After talking with several senators for awhile, Flake “sort of kicked everyone out,” and he and Coons talked individually in the phone booth for around 15 minutes.

It is not an informal deal nor is it arbitrary. The POTUS has ordered this and has the full force of law. These idiots are now grappling with the law of unintended consequences and how this can blow up in their faces. They are not immune to being found out to be frauds and being punished themselves.
