Ford's lawyers send letter to FBI: "It has been five days" and no interview yet
CNN Fake News ^ | 2 October 2018 | Phil Mattingly

Lawyers for Christine Blasey Ford sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and FBI General Counsel Dana Boente on Tuesday, saying they have received no response from the FBI after offering Ford’s full cooperation with the investigation last Friday.

Debra Katz and Michael Bromwich say they have sent the FBI multiple letters and emails that include names of witnesses and evidence “that would likely assist the FBI” in its investigation.

They also write, “This afternoon, we learned of media reports that the FBI does not intend to interview either Dr. Ford or Judge Kavanaugh. We hope that this reporting is inaccurate."

"It is inconceivable that the FBI could conduct a thorough investigation of Dr. Ford’s allegations without interviewing her, Judge Kavanaugh, or the witnesses we have identified in our letters to you.”

They are requesting a call with either Wray, Boente, or the agent conducting the Kavanaugh investigation Tuesday afternoon.

JUST IN: After reports the FBI has no current plans to interview Christine Blasey Ford, her lawyer sends letter to Director Wray:

Pardon reposting myself, but:
- - - - - -

I’m only guessing here, but the reported desire by her (repulsive) legal team ‘repeatedly reaching out’ to the FIBs may be rooted in their being mighty skeert about something.

We (and esp BK/family) are due some MAJOR schadenfreude re this seditious travesty.

The FBI does not normally interview the person(s) being investigated or their lawyers, during background checks. What makes these scumbag lawyers feel that they are special?

She has nothing to add. Good policing would include find and interview folks who can corroborate or destroy Ford’s so-call memories.

Her laughable testimony showed she had excellent coaching given to her by her male masters designed to have her NOT say anything that might cause her to be charged with purjury. Ergo, she essentially told a nice story. Just a story.

Given that she published a paper on using hypnotism to create false memories, those of us with a bit of smarts can come to obvious conclusions.

I think I’ve solved this whole issue:

Crazy Blasey Ford saw ANIMAL HOUSE and confused herself with the Sigma Ki girls.
Of course she would see BLUTO in Bret Kavanaugh what with all the beer cans he smashed into his head.
Is it all over now?
“Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?”

As I have posted in another thread, she isn’t the subject/suspect in this investigation (maybe another later on). BK is the subject. Its the height of arrogance that Ford thinks she is the center of this investigation.

To discover something significant after six full-scale FBI investigations for a Top Secret clearance level would be a significant embarassment for an already-disparaged and disgraced FBI.

My point is they may come up with a few "unsubstantiated innuendos and allegations" which the Democrat/Left will play to the hilt and beat Collins, Murkowski and Flake over the head with because they're just evil people, but there's unlikely to be anything of signficance.

Her testimony is already on record. As is Kavanagh’s.

CC: Rod Rosenstein

Rosenstein? So Jeff Sessions is recused on this?

What, is Brett Kavanaugh a Russian agent?

These people call themselves lawyers? And they don’t know that democrats don’t investigate democrats. It must be another stall tactic.

Uhm, wait. Why does Ford need to be interviewed? Her full statement has been given to the public in open testimony, as has Kavanaugh ‘s.

What more do they need from her? It’s on the record and public.

I wonder if the Ford team is just a little scared at the moment.

Doubtful. Grassley won't release results of FBI investigation. Ford wins.

In an actual investigation, not the TV type or the democrat Star Chamber type, you would interview witnesses first. Then you would interview the accused and accuser to ask questions about details you learned from the witnesses. This makes it much harder to make up lies after the fact since all the witnesses have already given their version of the story and the accuser/accused has no idea what they said. It also grants time to get background on the accuser/accused so you can get a full report. So if they are going to interview her, it would be last so they can ask her about whatever they found.

I would definitely be worried if I were her or her legal team, because they could be digging into things that lead to uncomfortable questions down the line, and they want her questioned early so they can try to head that off, but it might already be too late for them.

The other possibility is that they can't find any witnesses who have any details about anything she is accusing, so there are no new questions to ask her. This is the most likely reason they haven't talked to her IMO.

Since her lawyers are working pro-bono, what is going to happen to the $700K accumulated in the go fund me accounts and what was that sneaky envelope that was slipped to the lawyer all about?

The FBI won’t ask you, but I will?

Wanna share? I didn’t think so. /sarc
