I agree with you, to me we have no legal system, so the law must be restored to be the USA again. Declare marshall law and surround a major city with troops, and friggin clean out the illegals, those with warrants etc..afterwards declare all illegals must leave, if they go on their own accord no penalties, if we hav to catch them, 5 years prion in a tent city in arizona desert, that will curb the immigration

If RBG dies in the next year Trump will need to act as quickly as possible and have the Senate move quickly to take away the “election season” argument the D’s will try to use. Hopefully they will lose more than just a couple of seats and the R’s gain have a safe 55+ majority. Yes, there will likely be riots in the streets, but that is going to happen no matter what at this point when RBG passes and a Republican has the chance to name her successor.
Hopefully Thomas will also take the opportunity to announce his retirement next year so Trump can name a much younger successor while Republicans have a lock on the Senate. Not much risk of losing it this year, but in 2020 there will be a lot more R seats at risk.

They needed to win something and even if it is not stooping the Supreme pick this will all suit them as their rally cry and campaign stump to get Congress. They see their concession prize as needed as they have nothing else to run on.
