WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWS CENTER Maine) — Senator Susan Collins told reporters Friday that she would vote yes to move the final confirmation vote to the Senate floor Saturday. Collins will announce how she plans to vote on embattled U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh during a 3 p.m. Senate floor Speech.
He sure as hell told her what she wanted to hear. The Heritage Society and Federalist Society would have never recommended Kavanaugh if he was a pro abort. No way in hell. Let her blab on. She’s a YES!

I speculated on another thread that these events are going to make people far less likely to vote for women.
Including women.

Me, too. And I've thought for quite a few years that GHWB got exactly what he wanted with Souter, and knew what he was getting. He was a stealth candidate, just not the sort of stealth candidate most expected.
