A liberal teacher has been placed on leave as her school district investigates a tweet she sent urging people to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The FBI in Minneapolis confirmed it is aware of tweet, which has since been deleted.

From a strict legal perspective, she did not make a direct threat, nor did she make a specific request that some individual murder Justice Kavanaugh. She basically walked the fine line. I doubt she will face any serious legal consequences - other than perhaps a visit from the FBI or a U.S. Marshall.

It is, CondorFlight. There needs to be an indictment and that’s an iffy, given this day and age. Then, there’s a chance she’d get a judge that says it’s a ‘Freedom of speech’ issue. (Sigh)

Arrest her, charge her, try her, convict her and incarcerate her. There is more than enough evidence to convict her. Need to set an example before someone gets killed.
