Racist.
Home prices across New Jersey have been falling
1) no expansion in jobs ( all the good paying jobs are moving to other states)
2) Higher taxes, highest property taxes in the nation
3) New York is slumping as well
Hey, stop voting for higher taxes and the government that wants higher taxes. Just a thought.

I know 7 families who left New Jersey in the past two years
5 went to South Carolina
2 went to Georgia
Get ready down there

Chickens are floating, flying down to roost.....

I took off about $500K in assessed value by challenging the assessment on all the properties I owned.
Saved me about 8 grand a year in property taxes
Sure the taxes have gone up since, but no where near the 7 grand, yet.
I know states technically can not go bankrupt, but they can default, stiff their creditors, and stiff their employees and pensioners.
Can’t wait for that to happen to NJ and a few other places.
No, it has not.
West Orange residents pay high property taxes because some of the residents want that. It pays for services. They want good public schools.
“Taxes are the price we pay for a civilized society”, they say.

I doubt they’ll ever make the connection.
I am going to the tax department today. They have a crazy idea that I owe them money when the opposite is true. Cant wait to see their faces. Ill take it in 50s.
Scum froze my debit card too.

Thats just mean.
Translated that means chickens coming to Florida to vote Democrat.
