The Obamacare Supreme Court ruling seemed strange. Chief Justice John Roberts’ reasoning was incoherent. The conservative’s dissent read like it was originally meant to be a majority opinion. Now, we know why. According to Jan Crawford of CBS News, John Roberts switched sides in May, withstanding a “one-month campaign” from his conservative colleagues to change his mind.

With the Obamacare ruling and his recent chastisement of Trump I think that he will enter the university history books as a right wing extremist appointment who “grew in office”. His pronouncements and decisions will becme more and more aligned with the MSM ideal for the Court. Pray that Trump gets to replace both RBG and another leftie.

And who knows what else. His change of demeanor was almost palpable. Disgusting but also creepy.

Obamacare was a biggie like Roe would be. If he is compromised and being blackmailed he will be on a Roe case.

And From what i understand, SC justices are hesitant to overturn a previous SC ruling.

We need two good more ones in there.

And then it’s in God’s hands.

You are the staunchest defender of this Roberts creature and his betrayal that I have ever seen here on Free Republic.
.
The fact is that Roberts ducked out of his sworn responsibility to uphold the Constitution. He invented something every bit as ludicrous as the vague and flawed reasoning used in Roe V. Wade to legalize abortion.
.
Why don’t you just come out and say that you agree with Roberts? Because his explanation is less convincing than a 15-year old’s excuse for breaking curfew.

suspiciously, Obummer was saying all along that SCOTUS would uphold his Satan’s baby. He knew something....

It was apparently an open secret among the elites. Limbaugh warned of this in his oblique way when he doesn't want to come right out and say he knows because swamp creatures do tell him some secrets. He said, to the best I can recall, that in spite of the court composition ‘something else’ might happen and ‘I am not saying what but something else might happen.”

What exactly did he invent?

I've been one of the loudest critics of ObamaCare here on FR. I've said for years that the legal challenge in that case was a very weak one. I'll also ask why legal challenges on much stronger grounds -- the challenge against Federal regulation of the health insurance industry that is explicitly regulated under state laws in this country, for example -- have never been filed?

FDR threatened the CJ of his SC to pack the court. He quickly got inline.

I think that’s what Obama did too.
