Crock the Vote Grand theft election in California.
Front Page ^ | December 4, 2018 | Lloyd Billingsley

Back on election night, Republicans were heading for victories in California. Three weeks later, Paul Ryan lamented, “we lost every close race.” For the outgoing House Speaker, it “defies logic,” and quite possibly election law as well.

This year California legalized “ballot harvesting,” which empowers a third party to collect ballots and deliver them to election officials. The more than 250,000 election day vote-by-mail drop-offs were also the result of ballot harvesting. And the Election Integrity Project California found discrepancies in the totals of poll and mail ballots cited by the state and four counties in southern California.

“It shouldn’t ‘defy logic’ that elections officials are meticulous in counting every eligible ballot,” California secretary of state Alex Padilla told reporters. “California works to ensure every ballot is counted properly and every ballot is accounted for. In the most populous state in the nation — and the state with the largest number of registered voters — this takes time.”

Sending goons to your door to collect your vote and ensure you voted correctly is legal?!?

It's been legal in CA since 2016 and the CA Republicans should have figured out what that meant.

No fraud in that, I reckon.

CA is a test case for the rest of the country.

Can they get away with it? And if so, is anyone going to take notice and come after them. If not, then they gonna steamroll us next time around.

Who needs Black Panthers skulking around the polls when you got a third party successfully negating an election in favor of the crooks?

The ballot comes in a sealed envelope signed by the voter. The signatures are checked against the voter registrations.

Sure they are.

One of two things are true.
1. We have become a majority Socialist population, or
2. There was massive voter fraud in the last election.

Neither of these problems will can corrected with Ballots.

Trump issued an Executive Order after the dems stonewalled him.

“In his executive order, however, Trump didn’t shut down the investigation or acknowledge that voter fraud is a non-issue, as his critics had demanded. Instead, he turned the investigation over to the Department of Homeland Security, a cabinet-level agency that has access to much of the data the commission requested but couldn’t get from the states.”

Boy! If investigations aren’t called for, I don’t understand what would. So blatant - in your face - caught on camera picking up ballots and people shrug and say - Oh! well? I think the Republican party needs to understand that if they pursue this, we just won’t bother showing up at the polls..we’ll have better things to do with our time. The people in OC have to be asking themselves - why should I waste my time when it’s a done deal and the democrats will steal the votes anyway. Rohrabacher was our congressman when we lived in OC - before that it was Chris Cox and then they moved the districts around but both could carry their districts without any problem and they did the jobs they were sent to DC to do. They KNEW what they were sent there for. I find it all very revolting and disgusting.

Who is your congressman and did he win reelection? Does McClintock represent your area? I’ve forgotten!!

Every OC Republican that lost should file a lawsuit immediately. This is blatant corruption and voter fraud. People must go to prison for this to stop.

Yes, McClintock won.

Rs cheating to counter balance Dems is not the solution.
Might as well just have shootouts and determine the winner by whoever is left standing.

In order for the USA to survive, elections must be clean and honest.

It boggles the mind that some of the “Rs” still talk about reaching across the aisle and compromise, when the very people that they want to “work with” would throw them in front of a moving train if it meant they’d win an election. In the words of Maximus, the time for half measures are over. We’re losing this country because of their lust for power, illegal immigration and the fraud that seems to go hand in hand.

The Dem’s know that they cannot win on convincing people to vote for them in a legitimate debate. Yes, they definitely have their supporters. They include the welfare state, old hippies/liberals that stay in school forever and can’t hold a job, and affluent white folks who think they’re cool by supporting the Left, but make enough money to be insulated from its disastrous policies(celebrites, liberal CEOs, hipsters, academics).

But if/when the results of those policies are dropped on the doorsteps of the undecided folks, they run from the Dem’s. These people were promised that their candidate was just left of center, while the history of those candidates says they’re radicals but it was ignored. There were only two that didn’t hide their real ideas, Cortez and one in Massachusetts. A lot of them ran, saying that they would vote against Pelosi and are now supporting her. Which I think is great. Between, Pelosi, Harris, Waters, Ocasio-Cortez, Warren, Murray and now Gabbard, it’s going to be a circus.

They’re all frauds. It’s in their genetic code. Frauds in everything they do.

RE: The votes of legitimate citizens, legal immigrants.....all honest voters....are nullified by widespread, massive voter fraud.

BAY NATIVE POSTED: I wrote my state legislators urging them to file suit against counting electoral college votes in the next presidential election. Since they can't validate voters' legality, they are essentially allowing fraudulent systems to steal the combined votes of; Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Oklahoma and Alaska. I encourage other states to do the same. If we create a buzz on this issue, it might wake some people up.

Another ominous sign----the Halfrican imported thousands of illegals and purposefully put them in electoral states.
There could be several ways to fight this disenfranchisement of legit votes:

<><> OTHER STATES MAY HAVE A "FRAUDULENT PRACTICES" LAW--
FOR EXAMPLE: Under Florida state law governing “fraudulent practices,” it’s a third-degree felony to “knowingly and willfully ... make or use any false document, knowing the same to contain any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry” connected to the Department of State. While the fraud statute is not contained in the state’s election code, it relates to the 2018 election because the affidavit in question concerned the elections division, which falls under the Department of State.

It is entirely possible that a state's voting practices may violate federal laws that might include, but are not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government for funding (may involve several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government,

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate 4th amendment rights.

<><> Possible full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with a public enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Voting Offenses could include Violation of Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional mandates in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Voters should demand the following agencies commence investigations at once: <> FBI — Wire Fraud Division
<><> IRS-Fraud Unit
<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,
<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.
<><> DOJ’s Criminal Division— Public Integrity Section
<><> DOJ Criminal Division—Organized Crime and Gang Section.

Voter fraud could also fall under these laws:

SOURCE https://www.justice.gov/jmd/misuse-position-and-government-resources

MISUSE OF POSITION AND GOVERNMENT RESOURCES

Misuse of Position | Use of Official Title | Personal Use of Government Property | Use of Non-Public Information | Use of Official Time | Disclosing Procurement Information | Letters of Recommendation on Official Stationery

An employee may not use his official position, including information learned by virtue of his position, for his personal benefit or for the benefit of others.

MISUSE OF POSITION An employee may not use his public office for his own private gain or for that of persons or organizations with which he is associated personally. An employee's position or title should not be used to coerce; to endorse any product, service or enterprise; or to give the appearance of governmental sanction. An employee may use his official title and stationery only in response to a request for a reference or recommendation for someone he has dealt with in Federal employment or someone he is recommending for Federal employment.

5 C.F.R. § 2635.702 (see Subpart G - Misuse of Position; Use of Public Office for Private Gain)

USE OF OFFICIAL TITLE Generally, an employee engaging in teaching, speaking or writing in his personal capacity may not use his official title or position to identify himself in connection with the activity or to promote any book, seminar, course, program, etc. The two exceptions to this rule are as follows:

1. An employee may allow the use of his title if it is included as part of several other biographical details and the title is given no more prominence than other information; and

2. An employee may allow the use of his title in connection with an article published in a scientific or professional journal provided there is an appropriate disclaimer.

5 C.F.R. § 2635.807(b) (see Subpart H - Outside Activities; Teaching, Speaking and Writing)

An employee engaging in fundraising in his personal capacity is also prohibited from using his official title, position or authority. In addition, he cannot solicit funds or other support from a subordinate or from any person that has business with his component.

5 C.F.R. § 2635.808(c) (see Subpart H - Outside Activities; Fundraising activities)

PERSONAL USE OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY An employee should recognize her responsibility to protect and conserve government property and resources, and to make an honest effort to use official time and government property only for official business. 5 C.F.R. § 2635.704 through .705 Use of Government property, and Use of official time. An employee may not use the official time of another employee for anything other than official business. The use of any government property, including computers and the Internet, for any partisan political activities is always prohibited.

Department of Justice employees are generally authorized to make minimal personal use of most office equipment and library facilities where the cost to the Government is negligible and on an employee's own time. 28 C.F.R. § 45.4. This is the Department's de minimis use policy, and would permit an employee to send a short, personal electronic message to another individual. However, personal messages sent to large groups of people and messages sent to disseminate information on non-Governmental activities, such as charitable events and causes, commercial activities such as personal businesses, and religious observances, are prohibited.

If an employee of the Department of Justice has questions about the Department's rules covering the limitations on personal use of government equipment and resources, or questions about whether planned personal use of office equipment is permitted, she should consult with her supervisor, or her ethics official.

USE OF NON-PUBLIC INFORMATION An employee may not engage in a financial transaction using nonpublic information nor allow the use of such information to further his private interests or those of another. Nonpublic information is information an employee gains on the job which has not been made available to the general public and is not authorized to be made available upon request.

5 C.F.R. § 2635.703 (see Subpart G - Misuse of Position; Use of Non-public Information)

USE OF OFFICIAL TIME An employee shall use official time in an honest effort to perform official duties. Generally, personal activities should not be conducted during duty hours.

5 C.F.R. § 2635.705 (see Subpart G - Misuse of Position; Use of official time)

DISCLOSING PROCUREMENT INFORMATION An employee is prohibited from disclosing contractor bid or proposal information or source selection information to any person other than one authorized to receive such information. 48 C.F.R. § 3.104-4-5

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION ON OFFICIAL STATIONERY An employee may sign a letter of recommendation using his official title and office letterhead in response to a request for an employment recommendation or character reference for someone provided it is based on his personal knowledge of the ability or character of the person. In addition, the individual must be someone with whom the employee has dealt with in the course of his Federal employment or someone he is recommending for Federal employment.

5 C.F.R. § 2635.702(b) (see Subpart G - Misuse of Position; Use of public office for private gain)

Voter fraud could fall under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) b/c it involves an “enterprise” with a "pattern" of unlawful behavior. The same law used to charge the Mafia is now being used to charge criminal elements in government.

=================================================

REFERENCE The 1980 Georgia General Assembly was concerned about the increasing sophistication of various criminal elements on the public payroll (and those in elective and appointive office). The Georgia General Assembly then adopted the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), patterned after a similar federal law.

(RICO is routinely used to try to prove that a legal business was being used for illegal means, and, in at its inception, RICO was used to prosecute drug traffickers or organized crime members).

In recent years prosecutors have applied RICO to crooked government officials: (1) those accused of using their public offices for personal gain, and, (2) tax-paid officials of govt agencies using public monies to flout the law.

To bring a case under Georgia's RICO law, there must be at least two underlying felonies such as fraud, bribery, witness tampering, falsifying official documents (such sd voting records) (among other felonies).

RICO allows prosecutors to include multiple defendants charged with various crimes in the blanket indictment, and to charge that govt employees, publicly-funded and publicly-sanctioned entities were allegedly part of an ongoing criminal enterprise.

EXAMPLE A govt official commits two felonies by (1) accepting, and, (2) filing falsified documents.

UPDATE Georgia tried convicted and jailed 27 corrupt teachers under this law.....for falsely taking public money, falsifying official school records, and so on.
