I had a relative of mine die in the Alamo as well. Starr. Every visit to the Alamo is a sobering trip. Such bravery.

Have been several times. I also live in Goliad where the Fannin Monument is located where the defenders were lit on fire and then later buried by Texans.

Our Masonic Lodge hangs a wreath on it every year in remembrance.

Not far from La Bahia and the Fannin monument is the statue of The Angle of Goliad who helped many too escape the massacre.
