How as Americans do we explain the intransigence of the left when it comes to national security? 'Tis a mystery. These people, these Democrats in Congress, are among the most privileged persons on the planet. They have enjoyed, more than most, the blessings bequeathed by the Founders, the authors of the Constitution. Yet they are determined, like Obama, to transform us into something this nation was never meant to be: a land without borders. While all of them are on record supporting a border wall in the past, now that Donald Trump is president, they all oppose it with every fiber of their being. They know that it will work, and they cannot abide Trump having a win. These people – Schumer, Pelosi, Gutiérrez, etc. – are truly venal. Governor Brown has effectively destroyed California, now benighted by rampant homelessness and the crime that accompanies a population of illiterate, drug-addicted, gang-affiliated, criminally inclined persons adrift on our streets. And now another young officer has been killed by an illegal alien thanks to the left's obsession with protecting the throngs of migrants crossing the border into the U.S.
It should be obvious to every American by now that our progressive left does not have the best interest of Americans at heart. Quite the opposite. They loathe those of us who put Trump in the White House and are determined to punish us. They intend to raise our taxes to pay for the $100B illegal aliens cost us every year. They need open borders to import future voters; millions of illegals voted in the 2018 election thanks to motor voter bills and states' refusal to require voter ID. The Democrats know they cannot win without cheating.

If the Dems believed for a second, that just 10% of the illegal aliens would vote Republican, you would be able to clearly see the wall from space, complete with a mile wide mine field and auto-tracking machine gun turrets every 50 feet

As I understand it, the Republicans have controlled booth Houses of Congress for eight years and the White House for the last two years.

The Democrat Party is the political wing of the MSM that controls the narrative. Therefore THEY have all the power. Isn't that obvious by now?
No mystery. They want individual freedoms and Christianity utterly wiped from the face of the earth, and America replaced with a brutally oppressive global socialist state.
Democrats are not silly or stupid or crazy. They are evil.
They are also liars and have no interest in fairness or justice or what we think of them. They know exactly where they are going and how to get there.
Other than Donald Trump few Republican politicians are even engaged in the battle.
So the Democrats are winning.
Think about how fast the Communist transformation would have taken place if der Hildebeast was in the White House now. The ‘Basket of Deplorables’ would be second class citizens with no jobs and living in fear of being rounded up. The techno-state would have identified who we are and the level of punishment we merited. Our access to the web would have been terminated for “hate Speech.” Jim Robinson would have been in prison.
Meanwhile our President is being tried in the media using phony third-world indictments and kangaroo court tactics. The Kavanaugh hearings was a classic case. They are trying to goad us into mass demonstrations. Mass demonstrations will be a set up; so they can defame all of us through the actions of paid provocateurs similar to those who infiltrated Trump’s rallies.
Those who think they can get the word out through letters to the newspaper, think again. How many read newspapers? How many newspapers have a wide audience? The Web? What is the audience of a typical web platform? Cable TV? We need another network news besides Fox. Fox can’t do it alone.

They also had learned to take by force anything they desired to the point where no one dared to toil or produce for fear of losing the product of their efforts, and all of the people suffered for their greed.
