Did anybody ask the Clemson team what they thought of the food? I don’t remember reading anything about the team’s reaction.

Had Trump instead invested his entire net worth — $3.1 billion per Forbes last year — on $5 sandwiches, each two inches high? A stack of hamburgers nearly 20 miles high.

Fact check: the stack would collapse before it reached 20 miles. This journalist is a liar.

This is not the first Trump scandal involving food. Surely now his base will abandon him and support impeachment.

To make things more absurd, they actually fact-checked Trump

TDS.

Sad really, but yes they are THAT obsessed.

Ketchup on a steak, Micky D on Air Force One, etc.

I did some fact checking of my own. A Big Mac is not two inches high and it is pure communism to suggest otherwise! The boxes pictured were at least twice that. So, the 31,680 burgers that would be a mile high would actually only be 15,840. Do the WaPo's lies never cease?

Also, consider:

This one's in Malaysia - it's a Mega Mac burger. It's at least three feet tall. And what about that super-size drink next to it? Is there no integrity left in journalism?

Remember when Obama brought 64,000 dollars worth of hot dogs? At least according to the leaked emails...

“To make things more absurd, they actually fact-checked Trump, saying the burgers weren’t piled a mile-high.”

Sheesh! You really must break things down into simple sentences for the media. Don’t say things like ‘hamburgers piled a mile high’ if they obviously aren’t really stacked a mile high! Keep it simple as possible.

See POTUS. See POTUS celebrate football win with players at White House. See POTUS and players enjoy simple American food.

Next time, the President should get 5 billion cubic feet of Popeye’s chicken and 300,000 yard containers of Bob Evans Mac and Cheese. Media heads will EXPLODE!

Is this a joke? No, seriously, I thought this was a joke, but

No, it's definitely a joke, obviously.

Okay, that last part makes me think this was a joke,

That's because it's a joke.

The silver platter remark, the analysis of the food, the calories, and the bill...I think this was an attempt at a joke.

That's because it's a joke.

if it was,

Oh it definitely is.

If this was indeed meant to be a serious story,

No, it obviously is a joke.

It was a fabulous event that everyone enjoyed, which upsets the Trump hating media, so they went in and laid a fart under the tent.

Bad maths!

20 miles = 32 km = 32000 m
How many burgers per 1m hight? 1m / 5 cm (2 in) = 20

Total number of burgers in 32000m stack = 640,000
Cost: 3.2 M
Trump’s wealth is thousand times bigger. Therefore, his wealth would buy 1000 burger stacks each 20 miles high

Presidebt Trump should have also invited some BBQ champions to set up on the West Lawn and serve up a couple metric tons on meat.
