If this goes on into February, someone should seek some sort of “proof of life”. This wouldn’t be the first time that clerks and assistants reviewed cases and wrote opinions on behalf of a Supreme Court Justice.

Good point... she voted for it on the court. I would encourage her to take up Luckies or Camels to help her through this rough time. But then she would bitch about her own “second hand” smoke.
I too am waiting for a “real” public appearance.
Example: John McCain had more than 8 months between “last in public” and “the coffin”. Most likely, he was kept bed-ridden, on oxygen and a feeding tube and drain tube, never conscious, waiting until the AZ election deadlines passed so “he” (his family ?, his staff, his own expressed wish ?) could damage Trump and the AZ conservatives “one last time”.
RBG is even more of a liberal “saint”. She would remain on the Supreme Court embalmed like Lenin if the Washington ABCNNBCBS national press corpse had their way.

If she can be put on life support and her heart is still beating, democrats will argue that she is still a SCJOTUS. She will not be retired until a democrat is seated as POTUS. Any argument suggesting otherwise will be met with hardened ridicule of insensitivity, hatred and heartlessness. Only an evil person would give up hope of recovery....
I could very well see a controversy where she is only alive via mechanical medical support but still not retired as a SC Justice. DO NOT PUT IT PAST the radical left.

I saw advertisements for an up coming movie “RBG” should I order tickets now so I can avoid the long lines at the theater? I am sure it will be in the running for the academy awards next year. The best picture, best director and producer, best actress, et.al.. Those receiving the awards will make their long Hate Trump speeches and then they will roll in RBG and the audience will stand and cheer.
