I can accept that women trick themselves into beleiving that a fetus of a certain point in development is simply not yet a seperate consciousness or soul. So they can have it removed without guilt. I think they are wrong and misguided but I can see how they convince themselves that what they want to do is actually morally justifiable.

But I will never believe that a woman who chooses to carry a baby to full term and then have that baby snuffed in the delivery room can ever convince herself that it was anything short of murder. And as such I would never ever be able to interact with such a woman on any level other than pure and visible contempt.
