Sure she was. She refuses to name the offending superior officer. She learned well from the Blasey Ford drama. If you name the attacker and the when, we might learn he was in Antarctica then. We might learn she dated the guy and he helped her career.

SO she slanders probably 150 guys who were her superior officers.

Also, this was the early 90s post tailhook era so it was very safe for her to report it. Also she was connected to her eyeballs and had no problem suing over DOD policy for females in Saudi Arabia.

It happens all too often; in a similar case I was at a party in Germany with a lot of drunk soldiers and one drunk girl; had I not stayed sober and protected the girl I'm pretty sure something bad would have happened to her. She was very grateful the next day and, no I was not sleeping with her.

I had to tell the soldiers (who were refusing to leave the girl's house) "Yes, I know you guys are tough and can beat me up. However, then you will all get kicked out of the military because I will follow up with your commanders." It penetrated to a few; more and more agreed to leave until I had a majority who dragged out the rest.

In another case I walked a drunk airmen girl home to her barracks and her pals were very concerned for her and suspicious of me so I was glad she vouched for me that I didn't try anything!

If the military were as concerned with protecting it's women as they are about testing for drugs that would be a great improvement.
