Nancy has a problem. The hair on fire crazies in her caucus see the Mueller report as proof that Trump should be impeached by the Monty Python and the Holy Grail logic of weighing an accused witch against a duck. The more rational members know going down the impeachment road will kill their prospects for winning the presidency in 2020. I doubt Nancy can keep the crazies in check. They will continue with hearings and investigations and will possibly even draw up articles of impeachment before the 2020 election. The American public at large will have none of it. They were hoodwinked by the media for two years into believing the Mueller investigation would sink Trump and then nothing when the report came out. They will show their displeasure in November 2020
They are scared spitless about the left shoe dropping on Hillary, Soetoro, et al in the evil misuse of the entire Soetoro Intelligence Apparatus against a political opponent.
You see, For Better or For Worse, for right or wrong, for sane or insane, the Democrats Unite and get their thinking and talking points onto the same page. There is no consideration that one or more of them may be shamed by repeating the exact words of another one of them. They conduct exercises to get all of their thinking and talking onto the same page. Maybe it seems stupid, maybe it seems banal, but the net result is they end up with a unified message. This is something that the Republicans never ever do. The cost would be a conference call. The results of the Republicans failing to do this is, they have a shattered, diffuse message, one very often contradicting another. And I find it frustrating as I’m sure most others do, that they cannot make this obvious effort. The great and brilliant Karl Rove can’t seem to assemble this line of thinking. Neither can the great Eeince Priebus, although he seemed closer.

So now they are going to try to destroy him for being frustrated and angry that as an innocent man he was being put under a microscope, his associates, friends and family threatened regularly with jail time, and all his efforts that he set aside his life to try to achieve for the good of the nation were being blocked.
If anything, Trump is guilty of attempting to obstruct injustice.

Mueller did not find an underlying crime in the collusion/conspiracy allegation.
That means that Trump’s push back, complaints, that is, any effort to derail the investigation must have a motive that is not corrupt.
However, if you are trying to cover up a crime or derail an investigation that discovers a crime....... Then you have obstruction.
The press and all the analysts are not being clear about that.
Now the House can try to vote to impeach for “high crimes and misdemeanors”.
Nadler can’t create a crime. Pelosi isn’t going to waste the House’s time on abstruse legal theories without cooperation from a Federal prosecutor.
Pelosi described the special counsel’s findings as a grave matter.

Nancy has a real problem. She is the leader of a bunch of cats that refuse to move in an orderly direction. She has polling information that “Impeachment” is not going to go over with the critical independent voters in the next election cycle and yet.........what is she to do?
Can she rally the Democrats behind some form of border security in exchange for comprehensive immigration reform? Nope. Can she get a bill passed on Medicare for all? Nope. Can she get gun control legislation (that will be symbolic and do nothing of value) passed? Nope.
She can have a meeting! That is the way Congress works!
I am reminded of all those Micky Rooney films where the kids in the neighborhood need to figure out how to raise money and (the Hollywood elite solution) of “let’s have a play to raise money” solves everything.

There’s a certain... I dunno, irony or humor in Nancy using the word ‘’grave.’’ She pretty much has one foot in it.
Under the leadership of Democrats, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Jerold Nadler, Adam Schiff, Maxine Waters, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, James Clyburn, etc., we have heard tons of words for the last four months...but not one iota of action. Bottom Line: pelosi & Schumer are 100% failed leaders...period.
And for nutcase freaks like Nadler & Schiff...not a thing of progress, one way or the other. Actually both these gentlemen are not gifted in the brains, pragmatic, real world, political environment. Nadler is as dumb as a human being can be and Schiff needs serious meds to control his lunatic eye motions and his fantasy life!!!
