Actually, we’re not really paramedics, but we did stay at a Holiday InnExpress last night.
One would think that a death so fervently desired and so greatly helpful to so many extremely wealthy and powerful men would be worth more than a cursory investigation and quick determination of suicide.
It definitely looks like Epstein, and you can see by the broken blood vessels that he was hanged or at any rate died through asphyxia. But how could this have happened when he was on 24/7 suicide watch?

Now the NYPD can explain how someone who just “attempted suicide” a few days ago, AND is connected to powerful people that he could testify against,
was left unattended ... NYPD is either incompetent or corrupt

People are confusing the meaning of the term “suicide watch.”
Usually it means watching a perp so he doesn’t commit suicide. But when a perp has evidence on politicians and the every rich, it means he is watched until there’s a chance to kill him.
So who got to him? The Clintons, or the Crown?

I also wonder what happens with the lawsuits - so he’s dead, his estate is not yet dead (until there’s an electrical fire, or something). Lots of money to go after there...or do all the lawsuits simply ‘dry up’ with him?
