Funny thing is many liberals I knew back in California would go to Chick-fil-A that was located in Sunnyvale. If banning the Chick-fil-A would punish more liberals than conservatives on this campus, I would say go for it.
Sadly, a lot of liberals believe they are meant to suffer in their lives. Even though in this case it would be liberal "leaders" who would be primarily responsible, they would find some way to blame conservatives for their misery. It has become part of their DNA.
