I will add this footnote...it’s probably 3rd or 4th hand information, but someone made the comment (they lived in Broward in this period when the lux-car thing came up) that the car wasn’t practically new, and that it was heavily suggested in the social media that it was a damaged lux-vehicle that had some body work done. The loan-out occurred after the body work.
Maybe the intention was to impress Dubai and Qatar on the use of the lux-vehicle brands for law enforcement (if they do it in Broward angle).
