So on one hand you admit that there was frame damage, but then turn around and claim without proof it didn’t exist.
Yet Greenwood Village did indeed condemn the building.
So who should we believe, you or Greenwood Village saying that the building is condemned?

I'll point out that you can't determine structural damage from pictures, which TG is purporting to do.
