Gov. Ralph Northam (D) announced Monday his “assault weapons” ban will mean AR-15 owners can either register their guns with the government or hand them over.
The Virginia Mercury reported Northam spokeswoman Alena Yarmosky used a statement to say, “The governor’s assault weapons ban will include a grandfather clause for individuals who already own assault weapons, with the requirement they register their weapons before the end of a designated grace period.”
Yarmosky made clear details on other gun controls will be made known before the start of the 2020 session in which Democrats take charge.

Confiscation. And not a word about taking them from violent criminals, as usual. They just want non-violent people to turn in their guns. Criminals can keep them.
How many gun grabbers will be willing to go door to door?
How many gun owners will commence shooting in order to keep their firearms?
How many casualties will they be willing to inflict?
No disrespect intended. I just can't guess how many firearms owners are willing to have their homes shot to pieces, firebombed, and bulldozed, quite possibly with family members inside.

Move the goalposts like the lefties do. Make a cosmetic change and call it a new model. Every time they target a model, change it and obviate the law.

I was really thinking in terms of MD (where I am), PA, and NC as the "surrounding" states... All three of which are already in the clutches of communists who think they rule us...
We are at Chesapeake City Council tonight. They say 1500-2000 people showed up. They are allowing people to speak for two minutes and will go for 5 hours. Only one has so far spoke against a 2A sanctuary city resolution. People are livid. The mayor has alluded to it passing.
If 2A folks (of which I am one) are going to talk tough, you/we had better be prepared to act tough. This is not a war of words, the commies mean business.
Understand that the left is very adept at incrementalism. That’s how we got where we are. You have to decide when you are going to act.

The man is sick, sicker than I thought. But he has good company in alleged two-time rapist Lt. Gov. Fairfax (?), and the Marxist Soros pig State’s Attorney General Mark “The Red” Herring, a Beria in training.
There is a political revolt brewing in Virginia and the Democrats aren’t going to like the results, esp. when all law abiding gun owners get their acts together.
We need an investigation into how much Soros money flowed into Virginia for Democrat candidates and incumbents, and whether it was legal or not.
When I lived in NJ and Florio jammed its AWB through, I didn’t have any items on the banned list. But I have a habit of buying magazines for rifles that I don’t yet own, but plan to buy. So I already had a few >15 round mags, which I didn’t destroy or sell out of state. In fact, I took numerous trips with friends to PA , specifically to buy more of them. When I left for TX ( that’s Texas, Free America), I had over 200 years’ worth in state prison.
As anyone reading this might guess, my reaction to Gov. Bkackface would be to register nothing, but numerous 80% lowers and a few jugs, and to store them in various location both in and out of state. Why? BFYTW!
