No clue about this impeachment nonsense. The Senate cannot force the President to spend money (See the wall that wasn’t built for years). The Congress can’t even force the President to follow laws (See DACA). Since when does the President have to give anyone a meeting. This whole thing is a joke. Even if the President did everything they said (which he didn’t) it still amounts to absolutely nothing. Good argument to never given Ukraine another dime. If Russia wants it, they can fight for it and if Ukraine doesn’t want it they’ll have to fight back. If they want military equipment, pay for it like the rest.

Bill Clinton should have been charged with bribery, and found guilty of it. He had his pals Bill Richardson, and Vernon Jordon meet with Monica so they could find jobs for her, and in return she’d keep her mouth shut. If that isn’t bribery, then I don’t know what is.

Trump had two good reasons to delay aid to Ukraine: to try to get the Europeans to contribute more help, and to try to get the Ukrainians to take rooting out corruption seriously. Schiff claims to know that Trump's real motive was his fear of Joe Biden and the desire to damage Biden in the 2020 election.
Trump's mention of Biden was clearly with reference to the video where Biden brags about blackmailing the Ukrainians into firing the prosecutor looking into corruption involving Burisma. Trump can use that video if Biden is the nominee. He doesn't need any additional Ukrainian evidence to use against Biden.
Why would Trump even think that "dirt" on Biden would hurt Biden's chances in 2020? Hillary had mountains of dirt and it did not stop 48% of the voters from voting for her.
Of course Hillary was running to be the first female President. Biden can just run to be the first President with dementia.
