Former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch accused the Trump administration of “undermining” American political ideals and called for Americans to “fight” for democracy in a Washington Post op-ed published Thursday.
Yovanovitch, who was removed from her post in May 2019 amid a campaign against her by Trump associates, alternated between dire warnings and hope for the future in the wake of the president’s acquittal Wednesday in his Senate impeachment trial.
“I have seen dictatorships around the world, where blind obedience is the norm and truth-tellers are threatened with punishment or death,” she wrote. “We must not allow the United States to become a country where standing up to our government is a dangerous act.”

overlooked from all the recent action on the Uke phone call generated impeachment is the fact that the corruption trump was asking about (see phone call transcript) had to do with the foreign manipulation of the 2016 election.
specifically how did CROWDSTRIKE (with direct ties to Ukraine) end up with the hacked DNC server (seth rich RIP)
strange how/why CROWDSTRIKE was not included or mentioned in all the house testimony or impeachment trial????

Is this scorned and revenge-driven bitch going to be jailed, much less executed, for being against Trump? Is ANYONE? Nope. In fact, if someone (like you, for instance) criticize Trump then you are rewarded with accolades from the media, and you might even cash in with speeches and a book. Wow, the oppression here is overwhelming!
I, too, have seen dictatorships, albeit vicariously through my relatives who lived in the USSR. THAT was a dictatorship (one quite beloved by the liberals and Leftists in this country, btw). Dissent was NOT permitted. Criticizing the Party, much less the leader of the Party, was an offense that would get you beaten severely many times and shipped off to a Gulag in Siberia (if you were lucky), or beaten severely many times and then shot in the back of the head. I haven’t seen that happen - EVER - in the entire history of the United States of America.

that Joe Biden was paid $900,000 for lobbying efforts from Burisma Holdings in Ukraine.
Much of the $5.3B in US Aid Ukraine reported as misused was given to the embassy’s favored NGO’s.
At the time Yovanovitch, was the Amb. That embassy directed the police not to investigate.
A Do Not Prosecute list was circulated....a list Yovanovitch testified to Congress did not exist.
